the discount shops can really offer some cool stuff for a very affordable price, for exemple, I bought lots of glass cookie fars and I used in my kitchen, in a total of 8, and they costed 1 euro each, and they made a highlight with a real low cost. So I keep saying high price doesnt mean good taste

I haven't decorated from the 99 cent store but have redone my apt about 3 times (kitchen,livingroom and bedroom)from Big Lots. They have some items that look chintzy cheap but they also have some awesome things. The local St Vincent is another find and who doesn't know about Craigslist by now. My whole apt just about came from there. Love your colors and the drapes were phat and fab.

Have you considered staying at a local inn or cheaper hotel that has the breakfast included. Quinto, best western and holiday inn are all on the cheap side of hotels and all of them include free breakfasts and they each usually include a miniature fridge, microwave and coffee pot. You can use a coffee pot to make hot water for instant add hot water meals. Choose one with a swimming pool, and save on teh costs of travel. If you go online sometimes you can get a cheaper rate than in person.

You talk about material stuff, but how about a discount travel plan? Spring Break is coming up soon, and I really need a vacation from work, but I don't wanna go somewhere and blow all of my money. Then again, I don't want to go somewhere and not wanna come home. I know traveling within a budget is hard to do, but like what are the steps to finding a really cheap yet enjoyable vacation? BTW, I love the couch. I had one just like it until my dog claimed it as his own.
