I accidentally grinded small glass rocks (from our aquarium). I followed your advice - needed to crank the allen wrench about 10 times and each between time I tried to clear out the small bits of glass in the teeth of the disposal. Then Voila! It works! Thank you! PS I adore how you pronounce 'disposal'. You say "dispose - all!"

Mine did not have the bottom wrench to turn so I could not figure it out. Thanks to you, I now understood the mechanic of a garbage disposal. Its working again.
